MLA Citation Format for Works Cited Page



Please use the following format on your ME 6B and on your "Works Cited" page
Website:

Lastname, Firstname. "Article Title." Site Name. Organization Name. Article date. Web.
  Date of access. 


Book: 
Lastname, Firstname. Title. City: Publisher, Date. Print.

Periodical:
Lastname,Firstname. "Title." Periodical day month year: pages. Print. Journal: Lastname, Firstname. "Title." Journal volume (year): pages. Print.
 
Speeches:
 
Speaker’s Last Name, First Name. “Title of Speech.” Name of the meeting. Name of organization, Location of the Occasion. Date. Descriptor. (use the descriptor that appropriately expresses the type of presentation such as: Address, Lecture, Reading, Keynote Speech, Guest Lecture, Conference Presentation).

Example: Stein, Bob. "Computers and Writing Conference Presentation." Purdue University. Union Club Hotel, West Lafayette, IN. 23 May 2003. Keynote Address.

 
Remember that the date should be formatted as follows: Day Month Year - 12 Jun. 2014
